DELIVERY/ SHIPPING POLICY

  1. We deliver locally inside the UAE and regionally to all GCC countries. We are integrated with leading courier services to provide you with the fastest and most reliable services currently available. You can choose your preferred shipping service upon checkout from the options available, and shipping fees as well as estimated delivery date and time will be automatically displayed for you after your selection. You can make a direct comparison by changing the delivery service.
  2. Usually, local deliveries estimated delivery is 1-2 business days. Regional deliveries to other GCC countries take 4-5 business days.
  3. Please allow one business day (excludes weekends and national holidays) for your order to be processed before leaving our warehouse.
  4. In case you encounter any issue during shipping, please raise it to us by sending us an email to sales@trianglesquare.ae. We will assist you with minimum possible time and maximum possible attention.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Triangle Square is committed to sell high-quality, reputable branded products in the field of professional audio industry with extreme level of professionalism and transparency about the claimed use and quality of the products it represents. On that note, we assume our customers usually know WHAT they are buying and WHY they are buying (intended use). We also provide free professional advice to our customers on what to buy in case they are not sure of which product is the most suitable for their application. All our products include a minimum manufacturing defect warranty policy of 1 year, and can sometimes extend up to 5 years, depending the on the brand. On that note, we will still accept returns for any of the following reasons:

  • We sent you the wrong product(s).
  • The product is defective.
  • The product was damaged in shipping.
  • The product is tampered with.

Claims for any of the above cases must be submitted within maximum 7 days from the date of receipt of your product, mentioned by the courier service you selected on our website.

If your product was shipped to another postal address in order to be shipped again to its final destination, we will not be able to entertain this period of transit time and the claim period of 7 days will apply only starting the date of delivery by our own shipping services to the shipping address entered by you in your account on Triangle Square’s website.

Refunds however will only be accepted solely in the following reasons:

  • We are not being able to replace your product applicable for return in one of the above stipulated cases, for reasons of non-availability of stock or in case the product has been discontinued by its manufacturer.
  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT REFUND CLAIMS FOR ANY OTHER REASONS THAN THE ONES STATED ABOVE.

In case your product is eligible for return and/or refund, please notify us and return the product in its original packaging with all included accessories, cables and even wrapping plastic bag or paper. Products with software licenses included should have the licenses deactivated from user’s accounts in such event they were already registered. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you a replacement product or refund the payment. We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, we will send you a return label. Please ship your products back to us using the sent return label and we will issue a replacement or a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used, misused or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can still cancel your order as long as its status shows “Processing” in your Triangle Square account. Once status shows “Completed”, orders will not eligible for cancellation anymore as the order would have left our premises on its way to you; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially to pay for your order.

Please allow for a period of 10-45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
